If this is an emergency ( ie: you are thinking of harming yourself or someone else or feel like you are losing control) you need to call 911 immediately or call information in your area and ask for the distress hotline or crisis hotline. If available, you might also try to contact your family doctor or a trusted relative/friend, but it is imperative that you contact someone immediately for assistance. I don't know exactly when I might receive an email from you and if I am not in your local area, you would require someone in person to assist you in any event.
